About Us
At Safe Ride Law, motorcycling isn’t just a hobby, it’s a way of life. When you’ve been in a motorcycle accident, you need an attorney who gets that. Many lawyers don’t understand how different a motorcycle crash is from a car accident. To get the best results, the lawyer has to know the ins and outs, the injuries, how the gear works, how the bike handles – all of it. Motorcyclists often get a raw deal and are seen as the reckless ones. Safe Ride Law knows how to flip that narrative in the courtroom.
Safe Ride Law was founded by riders for riders. Our principal mission is to ensure that motorcyclists have the best legal representation possible when they are involved in an accident. For us, that starts with preventing accidents in the first place. In that vein, we are actively involved with sponsoring motorcycle rider safety training and skills development classes because we know that good training makes a difference. We work with our clients to ensure they that they are well-informed about equipment, safety, insurance and other factors that can affect the outcome in an accident.
What we do for you..
Communicate.
We communicate with our clients. Communication is the #1 most cited reason why clients are dissatisfied with their attorneys. At Safe Ride Law, we are riders too and we pride ourselves on keeping clients informed right from the beginning of their case. Good communication is often the difference between an okay result and a great result. Talking with your attorney, getting your questions answered, making sure all the facts are on the table, and knowing that your lawyer understands what you’re going through is critical to achieving a successful outcome.
Training.
Safe Ride Law sponsors motorcycle rider safety training courses for riders throughout Colorado. We also directly sponsor former client’s who’s claims we’ve successfully resolved to attend a rider skills course. Our founder, Paul Fisher, is an MSF rider coach and certified member of the Quality Assurance Team for the Colorado Motorcycle Operator Safety Training Program. Paul teaches the MSF Basic Rider Course for new riders seeking to get licensed in Colorado, as well as the more advanced MSF Adventure Motorcycle Rider Course for experience riders looking to take their riding to the next level. Over the years, Paul has become a firm believer and committed advocate for motorcycle rider safety training.
Insurance.
At Safe Ride Law, WE OFFER FREE INSURANCE REVIEWS TO EVERY CLIENT. Recent studies show that approximately 16% of drivers in Colorado are uninsured. For our clients who are involved in motorcycle accidents, being hit by an uninsured driver can be devastating. That’s why we work with our clients before and after accidents to ensure that they have quality insurance coverage in place. We identify gaps, limitations on their policies that they aren’t aware of, and advise them on maintaining sufficient coverage to pay for their medical care if they are in an accident. In the end, we want everyone in our community to have the peace of mind and financial security that comes with being properly insured.
Community.
Safe Ride Law is deeply involved in the motorcycle community. This gives us a unique edge when representing clients involved in motorcycle accidents. We are not just familiar with the legal aspects of these cases, we live and breathe the culture, safety, and experiences of our fellow riders. Our active participation in rider education, community events and safety training, allows us to build trust and strong relationships in the motorcycling world. This involvement helps us stay current on the latest safety techniques, road conditions, equipment, and other issues affecting riders. All of which ultimately translates to our being more effective for our clients in the courtroom. It goes without saying that when someone is involved in a motorcycle crash, having a lawyer with dual expertise in law and motorcycle safety is a tremendous advantage.
