Jason Walker

Trial tested.  Jason L. Walker, an experienced trial attorney specializing in accident and insurance cases, practices at Safe Ride Law. His expertise covers personal injury, wrongful death, slip and fall injuries, nursing home abuse, and trucking law.

Prior to practicing at Safe Ride Law, Mr. Walker began his career in the courtroom when he served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Stephen M. Munsinger in the 1st Judicial District. During this time, he gained valuable insights into the internal judicial decision-making process and honed his skills in effectively advocating for clients before both the court and a jury of peers. Additionally, he had the opportunity to serve as Bailiff to the jury, providing him with invaluable knowledge of how jurors reach their verdicts.

Following his clerkship, Mr. Walker began his career representing insurance companies and large corporations, which gave him a deep understanding of their internal decision-making processes related to injury evaluations. Later, he transitioned to a large personal injury firm, where he represented numerous injured individuals against large companies. Subsequently, he worked at a small firm and another large firm, taking on significant, life-altering cases, and he has successfully tried 41 cases to trial, arguing in court on numerous occasions. This diverse experience provided him with a wealth of trial advocacy skills, to maximize client recoveries.

Born and raised in a small community in Northwest Colorado, Mr. Walker earned his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Wyoming and later obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Wyoming School of Law in Laramie, Wyoming. He is a proud graduate of the prestigious Gerry Spence Trial College and thrives in the courtroom.

In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Walker is an active member of several professional associations, including the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association (CTLA), Colorado Bar Association (CBA), the American Association for Justice (AAJ) and the Denver Bar Association (DBA). Recently, he joined the Colorado Bar Association’s Mock Trial Committee. Outside of work, Mr. Walker enjoys spending time in the beautiful Colorado outdoors.
