Paul Fisher

Our Founder

Personal Injury Attorney

Paul Fisher has been an active member of the motorcycle community for over 40 years.  During that time, Paul has traveled extensively on Motorcycles throughout the World, most recently touring Southern Japan on a BMW GS1250.  During the course of his travels, Paul recognized that good training and continuous skills development are among the most effective ways to prevent serious motorcycle accidents.  Eventually, his experiences on the road led to him become a riding instructor with the Motorcycle Safety Foundation.  In that capacity, Paul has taught basic riding courses and adventure motorcycle riding courses to new and experienced riders alike.

It was during his time teaching for MSF that Paul founded Safe Ride Law in-order-to support and sponsor motorcycle rider training and ensure that his fellow motorcyclists are well-represented when they are involved in an accident.  Safe Ride Law is committed to helping riders get better outcomes on the road and in the courtroom.  Whether we are sponsoring new rider safety courses, or fighting for our client’s rights, Safe Ride Law stands with our motorcycle community every step of the way.

Paul is an active member of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association and the Colorado Bar Association.  In addition to riding motorcycles, Paul enjoys camping, scuba-diving, collecting antique books, competitive shooting and just about anything outdoors.  As a combat veteran and life member of the VFW, Paul has dedicated countless hours to pro-bono work to help other veterans in the community who need legal assistance.

Jason Walker

Co-counsel/trial counsel at Safe Ride Law

Trial tested.  Jason L. Walker, an experienced trial attorney specializing in accident and insurance cases, practices at Safe Ride Law. His expertise covers personal injury, wrongful death, slip and fall injuries, nursing home abuse, and trucking law.

Prior to practicing at Safe Ride Law, Mr. Walker began his career in the courtroom when he served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Stephen M. Munsinger in the 1st Judicial District. During this time, he gained valuable insights into the internal judicial decision-making process and honed his skills in effectively advocating for clients before both the court and a jury of peers. Additionally, he had the opportunity to serve as Bailiff to the jury, providing him with invaluable knowledge of how jurors reach their verdicts.

Following his clerkship, Mr. Walker began his career representing insurance companies and large corporations, which gave him a deep understanding of their internal decision-making processes related to injury evaluations. Later, he transitioned to a large personal injury firm, where he represented numerous injured individuals against large companies. Subsequently, he worked at a small firm and another large firm, taking on significant, life-altering cases, and he has successfully tried 41 cases to trial, arguing in court on numerous occasions. This diverse experience provided him with a wealth of trial advocacy skills, to maximize client recoveries.

Born and raised in a small community in Northwest Colorado, Mr. Walker earned his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Wyoming and later obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Wyoming School of Law in Laramie, Wyoming. He is a proud graduate of the prestigious Gerry Spence Trial College and thrives in the courtroom.

In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Walker is an active member of several professional associations, including the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association (CTLA), Colorado Bar Association (CBA), the American Association for Justice (AAJ) and the Denver Bar Association (DBA). Recently, he joined the Colorado Bar Association’s Mock Trial Committee. Outside of work, Mr. Walker enjoys spending time in the beautiful Colorado outdoors.
